I, for one, need a day that forces me to sit down and reckon with all that I've been given. All of it. Even the stuff that doesn't seem like what 'I' wanted. Because I'm finding that's the stuff, in one way or another, for which I need to be most thankful.
other than that, I'll take this time to assert that: tryptophan is underrated.
